Finding recipes that everyone in my house of six likes can be a challenge. So I decided to blog on Mondays menu options that have been successful in feeding my family a healthy home cooked meal.
*Now prior to following this recipe I clean my pork chops with white vinegar or lemon juice. I marinate them in a honey and Worcestershire sauce mixture for several hours if not overnight. I also add whatever seasonings I find in my cabinet to the cracker mixture. I can put this in the oven and leave it for 45 minutes while I finish up my household chores. I normally do frozen veggies using the leftover butter and let it simmer ready while the pork chops cook. This meal has been a hit for the kids and I love how flexible it is for me.
The above is the link to the recipe. It is a total of 50 minutes with 5 being for prep.

4Coat each pork chop in egg.
5Roll in cracker/soup mix crumbs.
